  • Rachel Morrison is a perfect example of what queens can accomplish. She is the first and only female Academy Award-nominated cinematographer, just wrapped a feature at 8+ months pregnant and is already onto a commercial shoot. In an Instagram post, Morrison knocks the idea that pregnant women can't go about their normal lives: "Pregnancy and motherhood in general is not a disadvantage and the craft doesnโ€™t suffer as a result. If anything the added experience and enhanced empathy has made me a better cinematographer and filmmaker." We salute you. (๐Ÿ“ท: @jenmorrisonlive 29 0
